SMSF Property Investment
Many people don’t realise that Self-Managed Superannuation Fund investments can be more than just stocks and bonds. While these types of securities can be great for producing consistent returns, there are other ways to grow your portfolio.
One of those methods is SMSF property investing, which means using your retirement savings to purchase income-producing real estate.
Toohey Property Group specialise in SMSF property investing. They’ve created a simple blueprint for using SMSF investments to finance the development of real estate.
Currently, SMSF Investors cannot invest in properties with two-part contracts, which limits their investment options. This problem is solved by entering into a single part contract.
A ground-breaking solution to purchase all types of brand new home AND land packages and NDIS properties in superannuation!
Types of investment properties made possible:
- Houses
- NDIS
- Dual Living
- Duplexes
- Co-Living

How It Works
-
- STEP 1: You decide on the specific builder, location and property type and we give total choice with your investment.
-
- STEP 2: The SMSF enters into a single part contract with Toohey Property Group (affiliate) and pays a 35% deposit. Toohey Property Group acquires the land, oversees the construction of the property and all payments to the builder.
-
- STEP 3: Upon completion, the SMSF pays the 65% balance. The completed property is transferred. The sale is finalised with the SMSF now owning a new investment property.

A New Type Of Retirement Investment
Are you looking for a foolproof retirement income investment? Then you should consider real estate. In these chaotic times, it can be difficult to predict where the market is going to go.
With so many changes happening so rapidly, it’s tough to know what is going to make a sound investment in the future. But buying real estate is always a sound investment.
It’s a scarce asset that always has value, no matter what is happening in the broader market.
However, real estate investing is a bit more complex than simply purchasing a stock or bond and collecting the returns. It takes more effort and experience, which may be overwhelming for some.
At Toohey Property Group, we specialise in SMSF property investments, to help average investors build their retirement savings through real estate.
